The Optimum Roto-Brush Duct Cleaning Procedure is an exclusive procedure offered only by AspenAir and its trained, qualified, drug tested and background checked employees.

With this procedure AspenAir will send two expert technicians out to your home. Our technicians have a minimum of 5 years of experience, attend yearly training courses, and take part in the nation wide Technician Seal of Safety Program. This is a program in which all of our employees undergo random drug testing, and have passed a thorough criminal background check prior to employment. This is a program designed to protect your home and your family.

With the Aspen Air Floor Savers and Doors Savers Guarantee our technicians will begin by setting in place protection for your home in areas that we will be working. The first step in the Optimum cleaning process it to block off all of the vents inside your home with a plastic or magnetic cover, preventing the possibility of duct kick back into your home during the cleaning procedure. Covering the vents also improves the suction strength on each vent due to the benefit that our vacuum gets concentrated on just one vent at a time, while all the others are blocked off.

While the vacuum is concentrated on each vent in the home, our technician will use 200 psi air pressure to push that branch lines contaminants back toward the vacuum. Due to the high velocity of suction at this time, most of the contaminants will travel all the way into our vacuum outside, while some will remain in the Main Trunk lines of duct.

Next, while all the vents are still blocked off, and suction is extremely strong our tech will repeatedly push a High Velocity Rotary Brush through the main trunk lines to thoroughly scrub loose any germs, bacteria, and mold that is inside. We will then follow up with the Sweeping Air Snake to pull any left over contaminants into our Concentrated High Powered Vacuum.

As our most common procedure, the Premier Roto Brush Cleaning utilizes equipment that is much more powerful than with the basic service, creating stronger suction inside your ducts. Basic Duct Cleaning Procedure:

Our Basic Air Sweep Method uses equipment that is slightly more powerful than the industry standard. 200 pounds of air pressure to blow out each vent in your home, as well as a large duct vacuum which is truck mounted, has a 6 inch diameter hose, and gets inserted into the ductwork down by your furnace. This procedure is considered to be 80% effective in removing contaminants from your duct system when performed properly.

Our Trained and Certified Technician will use a 200 psi reverse air snake to clean out the main trunk lines while our duct vacuum sucks up all of the dust and takes it out to the truck. The service will take up to 2 hours, and then our technician will follow up with a free video inspection and carbon monoxide test on your furnace, which only our certified technicians are qualified to do.
